Section 68
(1)
A person who is aggrieved or whose interest is affected by a decision of a review panel under section 61 may appeal to the
Appeal Tribunal by filing a notice of appeal to the Appeal Tribunal.
(2)
The notice of appeal shall be made in writing within fourteen days from the date of the decision of the review panel and the appellant shall give a copy of the notice to the relevant review panel.

(3)
The notice of appeal shall summarily state the substance of the decision of the review panel appealed against, contain an address at which any notices or documents connected with the appeal may be served upon the appellant or upon his advocate, and be signed by the appellant or his advocate.
