Section 67
(1)
The Appeal Tribunal shall have jurisdiction to determine any appeal on matters relating to the decisions and process of the decisions of a review panel.
(2)
The Appeal Tribunal has no jurisdiction on matters—
(a)
relating to the contravention of this Act;
(b)
relating to the investigation and enforcement under
