Section 39
—
(1)
There shall be a Secretary to the Tribunal and such number of officers from the State Public Service to be appointed by the Minister to carry out the functions of the Tribunal.
(2)
Subject to any special or general direction of the Minister, the Secretary shall be the administrative officer and shall have general control and supervision of all other officers of the Tribunal.
