(2)

The Tribunal shall where reasonably possible conduct the hearing in one continuous sitting until completion at such time and place as may be determined by the Chairman, taking into consideration the nature of complaint and administrative convenience.

(3)

A member of the Tribunal having an interest in any matter before it shall, as soon as the member is aware of his interest, disclose the fact and nature thereof to the Chairman and shall take no part or further part in the proceedings of the Tribunal and in such circumstances, the Chairman may appoint a replacement member.

(4)

Every disclosure of interest under subsection (3) shall be recorded.

If a member of the Tribunal who is involved in any proceedings in respect of a claim, dies or becomes incapacitated, or is for any other reasons unable to carry out his duties, the Chairman may appoint another member to replace him in the proceedings.
