Section 49

(1)
The Tribunal shall make its award in the proceedings without undue delay and shall give reasons for its decision.
(2)
Any decision of the Tribunal shall be made by a majority of all its panel members.
(3)
The Tribunal may award interest not exceeding eight per centum per annum.
