Section 50

(1)
Before the Tribunal makes an award under section 49, it may, in its discretion, refer to a Judge of the High Court for his legal opinion a question of law which arose in the course of its proceedings, together with a summary of facts of the case.
(2)
A State Legal Officer authorized by the State Attorney
General for the purpose may appear on behalf of the Tribunal in any proceedings before a Judge of the High Court under this section.
(3)
The Tribunal shall make its award in conformity with the legal opinion of the Judge of the High Court in respect of the reference made under subsection (1).
