Section 5
(1)
The Corporation shall consist of the following members—
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman;
(c)
not more than five other members;
(ca)
four ex-officio members who shall be the persons for the time being holding the offices of -
(i)
the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Finance or his representative;
(ii)
the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food
Industry or his representative;
(iii)
the Director of Veterinary Services and Animal Industry Depart or his representative; and
(iv)
the Director of Lands and Surveys Department or his representative; and
(d)
the person for the time being holding the office of the General Manager:
Provided that the General Manager shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting of the

Corporation.
(2)
The members as specified in paragraphs (a) (b) and (c) of subsection (1) shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri.
(3)
Subject to the provisions of section 8 of this Enactment, a member, other than an ex-officio member and the General Manager, shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment, and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
