Section 7
The following persons shall be disqualified from being appointed as or, if appointed, to remaining a member—
(a)
a person who is of unsound mind or otherwise incapable of performing his duties or managing his affairs;
(b)
a person who is prohibited from being a director of a company under the provisions or any written law relating to companies;
(c)
a person who has been convicted of any offence involving fraud dishonesty or moral turpitude; and
(d)
a bankrupt.
