Section 51
(1)
Subject to the agreement of the parties and the regulations prescribed by the Minister, the mediator may conduct mediation sessions through remote communication technology.
(2)
Any settlement or agreement that has been reduced into writing and signed through electronic service by the parties to the mediation shall be binding on the parties and may be recorded in any court.
