Section 46
(1)
The Minister may appoint any person as a mediator for the purposes of this Chapter.
(2)
Every mediator appointed under subsection (1) shall be subject to the general supervision and directions of the Director
General.
(3)
The mediator appointed under this section shall not appear and plead in any court to represent any person who is a party to the mediation session conducted by him for the same dispute arising in such mediation session.
(4)
The Minister may terminate the services of any mediator appointed under subsection (1) for any reason.
