Manner of conducting mediation

Section 47
(1)
A mediation session shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Minister and after payment of a prescribed fee.

(2)
A mediation session may be presided over by one or more mediators.
(3)
A mediation session may commence or continue whether or not the dispute can be a subject matter or is the subject matter before any court, tribunal or body.
