Section 102G

The books, registers, receipts and any document of an Authority and any extracts therefrom certified by any officer authorised thereto by such Authority shall, in any legal proceedings for the recovery of any fee, charge or other payment payable under this

Ordinance or under any by-laws, be prima facie evidence of the amount due.
