Section 104

Any person who obstructs any officer or servant of an Authority or any public officer authorised by the Minister in the execution of any provision of any written law in respect of which powers or duties are vested in the Authority shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine of five thousand ringgit and to imprisonment for a term of three years or to both, and the Court before which the offender is tried may order him to pay to the

Authority, such sum by way of damages occasioned by the obstruction as to the Court shall seem just.
