The Minister may, after consultation with the Armed
(a)
the extent of the training to be undergone and the standards to be achieved therein from time to time by members;
(b)
attendance for training and at courses of instruction by members;
(c)
the uniform, arms and equipment of the Force; and
(d)
security clearance of members.
