Units of the Force

Section 4
(1)
The Force shall consist of such units and sub-units as the Minister may with the advice of the Armed Forces Council from time to time constitute and establish; and the Minister may with such advice at any time disband any unit or sub-unit or amalgamate any unit or sub-unit with any other.

(2)
Every unit constituted and established under this section shall be known by such name or title as the Minister may approve;
and the Minister may at any time alter or amend such name or title.
