Regulations
(2)
In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may prescribe—
(a)
the organization, administration and discipline of the
Force;
(b)
the age and other qualifications to be required of members;
(c)
the appointment, seniority, promotion and advancement or reduction in rank of officers;
(d)
the manner in which and the conditions subject to which persons desiring to be enrolled in the Force may offer themselves for enrolment and the form of declaration to be taken by such persons;

(e)
the seniority, promotion and advancement or reduction in rank of cadet officers and cadets;
(f)
the extent of service required of members, which service may, subject to section 14, include service outside
Malaysia; and
(g)
the remuneration of members.
