Section 2

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

“cadet officer” means a person appointed to be a cadet officer in accordance with section 8;

“Force” means the Malaysian Combined Cadet Force raised under section 3;

“officer” means a person appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan

Agong to be an officer in accordance with section 7;

“member” means any officer, cadet officer or cadet who has been duly appointed or enrolled in the Force, as the case may be;

and

“Minister” means the Minister of Education.
