Establishment of a Combined Cadet Force

Section 3
(1)
There shall be raised and maintained for the purpose of inculcating in youths a sense of discipline, responsibility and adventure and of instilling into such youths the qualities of leadership and good citizenship, a force of volunteers to be called
“Pasukan Kadet Bersatu Malaysia” or, in English, “Malaysian
Combined Cadet Force”.
(2)
The Force shall—
(a)
in relation to administration and discipline, be under the general direction and supervision of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong; and
(b)
in relation to training, the provision of arms, accoutrements and such other military stores and equipment as may be necessary, be advised and assisted by the Armed Forces Council.
