When revocation to take effect

Section 39
—
(1)
The revocation of a prospecting licence shall take effect on the date the order of revocation is made under section 37, 38
or 80, as the case may be.
(2)
Where an order of revocation as mentioned in subsection
(1)
has been made, the holder of such licence shall forthwith surrender such licence to the Secretary who shall forward the same to the
Superintendent for action to be taken under section 102.
