Section 10
(1)
Any matter not provided for in this Act shall be determined in accordance with and regulated by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Corporation.
(2)
Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Corporation, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
