Section 12
(1)
The Corporation shall cause its statement of accounts to be audited by an approved company auditor appointed by it and shall, as soon as practicable, send a copy of the audited statement of accounts together with a copy of the auditor’s report thereon to the Minister.
(2)
In this section “approved company auditor” has the same meaning as in section 4 of the *Companies Act 1965.
