Notwithstanding sections 15 and 54 but subject to section 62

Section 64
every reserve police officer shall during any period of emergency or war continue to serve in the Reserve―
(a)
for so long as the emergency or war lasts;
(b)
until he has completed his fifteenth year of retirement from the Force; or
(c)
until he has attained the age of sixty-five years, whichever of the events mentioned is the earliest.
