Section 67

A reserve police officer mobilized under section 55 who without reasonable cause, the onus of proof of which shall rest on him, fails to report at the place and at the time specified in an order made under section 56, properly uniformed and equipped to the scale prescribed, shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both.
