Section 94

Any person who is guilty of an offence under this Act for which no other penalty is expressly provided shall be liable to a fine not exceeding *five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

*NOTE—Previously “five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months” –see section 9 of the Police (Amendment) Act 2024 [Act a1705].
