Section 87

Any police officer who causes, incites, or joins in any mutiny or disaffection in the Force or conspires with any other person to cause such mutiny or disaffection, or does not use his utmost endeavour to suppress any such mutiny or disaffection or, having knowledge of any mutiny or disaffection or intended mutiny or disaffection, does not, without delay, give information thereof to the police officer to whom

he is subordinate, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
