Police officer not to be member of Trade Union

Section 92
(1)
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, any police officer who, subject to this Act, becomes or after the expiration of one month from the coming into force of this Act remains, a member of any trade union, or of any association with political objects, or any political party shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
(2)
For the purpose of this section any question whether any body is a trade union or association to which this section applies shall be determined by the Minister.
(3)
In this section the expression “police officer” includes an extra police officer and any member of the police force of another territory present in Malaysia under this Act.
