Section 31

Act 1948 [Act 201] shall apply to the licensee or the Board under this Act; and reference to “promoter” appearing in the aforesaid provisions shall for the purpose of this section be construed as reference to the licensee or the Board under this Act.

*NOTE—The Post Office Act 1947 [Act 211] has since been repealed by the Postal Services Act 1991 [Act 465]–see section 50 of Act 465.
