Section 46I
(1)

A parolee is deemed to continue serving his sentence of imprisonment during the period of parole—

(a)

that begins on the date of release on parole specified in the

Parole Order; and

(b)

that ends upon the expiration of his sentence of imprisonment taking into account so much of his sentence as shall remain after deducting from it such part of remission of sentence granted, or when the Parole Order is suspended or revoked.

(2)

The period of parole prescribed in subsection (1) shall be reckoned as part of the term of imprisonment.
