Section 46C
(a)
to make a decision whether to release on parole a prisoner who applies for parole;
(b)
to suspend or revoke a Parole Order;
(c)
to add or vary any conditions of a Parole Order;
(d)
to hold an inquiry on any matters related to parole;

(e)
to examine any prisoner for the purposes of soliciting additional information related to a parole application or for any other reason that the Parole Board deems fit; and
(f)
to exercise and perform such other functions and duties as the Minister may determine.
(2)
A Parole Board may establish a secretariat as it deems necessary or expedient to assist it in the performance of its functions and duties and the exercise of its powers under this Act.
