Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Titles of Office Act 1949, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong amends the First Schedule to the Act under the heading "Treasury" by adding the following:

"National Institute of Valuation/Institut Penilaian Negara
National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN)/ Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN)"
