Section 35

At such times as the local authority may direct, the owner, licensee, occupier or keeper of a food factory shall cause all movable articles to be removed from any food room in the food factory, and the walls, floor, ceiling and roof of such rooms to be swept and all filth and rubbish to be removed from the room, and the whole room to be thoroughly cleansed, painted or lime-washed and all necessary repairs to be made.
