Section 52

No person shall keep, carry, spread or use, or suffer to be kept, carried, spread, or used in any food factory, any preparation containing any poison or other toxic substance, so as expose any food intended for sale to risk of contamination therewith.

Persons working in food factories required to be medically examined.
