Section 44

No owner, licensee, occupier or keeper of a food factory shall sit, stand or lie upon any table, shelf or tray used for the sale, preparation, carriage, or delivery of food in such food factory nor shall he allow any other person to sit, stand or lie down upon any such table, shelf or tray.

No person to sleep within any food room.
