Section 15

No person, knowing he is suffering from a notifiable disease, which the Director-General may by order declare to be a notifiable disease to which this section applies, shall enter or, having the care of a person whom he knows to be so suffering, permit that person to enter any public conveyance, without first notifying the owner, driver or person in charge of such conveyance that he or that person, as the case may be, is so suffering.
