Section 26

Any person who sells or lets for hire any premises or part thereof in which he knows that any person has been suffering from a notifiable disease, without having the same, and all articles therein liable to retain infection, efficiently disinfected to the satisfaction of the Health Officer as testified by a certificate signed by him, shall be guilty of an offence.
