Section 66

Any person who rashly or negligently, and without lawful excuse, does any act which is likely to endanger his own safety or that of any person travelling or being upon a railway, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not

exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
