Section 69

Any person rashly or negligently and without lawful excuse doing any act likely to endanger his own safety, or that of any person travelling or being upon the railway commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
