In calculating the charges for parcels traffic, each parcel is charged for separately; two or more parcels securely tied together from one consignor to one consignee are for charging purposes treated as on package. The minimum chargeable weight of a package is five kilograms and the minimum charge forty sen. A table of rates is set out in Appendix C.
