Section 66
(a)
In calculating the charges for perishable traffic conveyed by passenger or mixed trains consignments are weighed and charged in bulk. The minimum chargeable weight of a consignment is five kilograms and the minimum charge thirty sen. A table of rates is set out in Appendix D.
