Section 75
(a)
The hours between which goods consigned at goods rates may normally be received at or delivered from stations where such traffic is dealt with are from 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily. (Sundays and Public Holiday excepted).
(b)
In special cases arrangements may be made to deal with traffic conveyed at goods rates outside the hours prescribed provided special prior arrangements are made with the Station Master in charge or the Traffic
Superintendent.
(c)
The delivery of perishable goods outside normal hours and on Sundays and Public Holidays may be made by arrangement upon application to Station Masters in charge or the Traffic Superintendent.
