Section 81

Section 81

(1)

The Director or any authorised officer making an investigation for any offence under this Enactment, may by order in writing require any person to appear before the

Director or authorised officer for the purpose of investigation.

(2)

Any person who refuses to comply with the provision of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
