Section 89

Any person who resists or wilfully obstructs the Director or any authorised officer or fails to comply with any requirement made by the Director or any authorised officer in the exercise of his powers and duties under this Enactment shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
