Section 63

Without prejudice to sections 60(2) and 61, any object, material, book, document or other thing that an enforcement officer or public servant authorized by the Director or any police officer or custom officer reasonably suspects has been used or will be used in the commission of any offence under this Ordinance or any rules made under this Ordinance may be seized and detained by the enforcement officer or public servant authorized by the Director or any police officer or custom officer.
