Section 67
Obstruction of search, etc.
(a)
assaults, obstructs, hinders or delays any enforcement officer or public servant authorized by the Director or any police officer or custom officer in effecting any entrance which he is entitled to effect under this Ordinance, or in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Ordinance; or
(b)
fails to comply with any lawful demand of an enforcement officer or public servant authorized by the Director or any police officer or custom officer in the execution of his duty under section 65,

commits an offence and shall upon conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
