Section 30
Subject to such limitations as the Minister may prescribe, all Marine Officers, Police Officers or any other person specially appointed by the Board under section 10 shall have and may exercise such duties and powers as may be determined by the Controller for the purposes of this Ordinance and regulations made thereunder.
