Section 37
The Board may, with the prior approval of the Minister, delegate to any local authority, statutory body, public officer, person or body of persons the exercise of any power or the discharge of any duty which by the provisions of this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder is required to be exercised or discharged by the
Board.
