Section 31
—
(1)
The prosecution of any offence under this Ordinance or its regulations shall be conducted by the Public Prosecutor or any person duly authorized by him under section 377(b) of the Criminal
Procedure Code [Act 593].
(2)
In any suit, action or proceedings of a civil nature, before any court, tribunal or arbitrator, the Board may be represented by—
(a)
the State Attorney General or any State Legal Officer authorized by him; or
(b)
an advocate appointed by the Board; or
(c)
any officer of the Board duly authorized in writing by the Controller.
