Section 29C

Where it is proven to the satisfaction of the Court that any article or property seized or detained pursuant to section 29A was the subject matter of any offence or used in the commission thereof, the

Court shall order the article or property or the proceeds of any sale thereof to be forfeited to the Corporation or disposed of in such manner as the Court may direct.
