Section 42
The General Manager, with the written approval of the
Board, may award such sums by way of reward or reimbursement as he deems fit to be paid to any officer or other persons for services rendered or expenses incurred in connection with the detection, investigation and prosecution of offences or in connection with any seizures made under this Ordinance.
Certificate of the General Manager as to the value of timber or timber products, etc.
