Section 10

The licensee of a slaughterhouse shall ensure that all trimmings, discarded offal, disposal of dead livestock, condemned carcases shall be collected into covered receptacles approved by the Director and the contents thereof shall be disposed of daily in such manner as may be approved by the Director.
